Our short & fluffy tutu skirts for babies are soft, full tutus that tie around the waist with a ribbon sash that ties into a bow at the front or back of the tutu. Each tutu for babies or tutu for toddlers is custom cut & sewn to order in USA by a stay-at-home mom in her home sewing studio. Our baby tutus are made with wide ruffles of tulle that go all the way around the tutu in continuous layers, not narrow strips of tulle tied to an elastic band. The tulle of each tutu for baby is sewn entirely into the ribbon waistband sash, resulting in a comfortable fit that is adjustable by tying the ribbon tighter or looser as your little girl grows.
